Nike Set To Create A Data-Driven Training Collection

Nike Set To Create A Data-Driven Training Collection

Are you ready to take your Nike experience to a whole new level featuring technology using data?!

American designer Matthew M Williams who is the owner of the brand Alyx, has partnered with Nike to produce new amazing products.

For the first time ever, the new elevated training collection will feature items that Nike calls the “future of uniform training.”

Both men and women’s clothing will be made with Nike’s athlete-driven data which is inspired by movement.

This new way of creating will allow Nike to follow Atlas maps that relay heat, sweat zones, and motion to create the structure for a new way to create the clothes.

This new wave of data usage takes small aspects of Nike’s recently announced Advanced Apparel Exploration capsule.

Alongside different clothing items, they will also include accessories like towels and socks.

“You need human beings to still figure out how to interpret data in a great way. The storytelling of how the product links to its use and bring an emotion to it into—tug on the heartstrings a little bit. That’s where I see my role,” Williams told Nike.

The Nike x MMW collection will drop on July 12. Check out some of the photos of the pieces below and let us know what you think!
