Police Chief Allegedly Raped A Child Hundreds Of Times Over 7 Years

A Pennsylvania police chief and his friend are in hot water after allegedly raping a child for over seven years. 

Brent Getz, 27, and his friend Gregory Wagner, 28, have been arrested for allegedly raping a child hundreds of times for over seven years.

In a press release, the victim who was just 4 when the rap allegedly started reported the incident to a substitute teacher.

“In May 2012 when the victim, then 12-years-old, reported to a substitute teacher that Gregory Wagner, then 22-years-old,” had sexually assaulted her.

The teacher went to police to report the alleged crime, however, an arrest was not made until this year.

“In 2015, the case was reassigned and police prepared a criminal complaint charging Wagner with various crimes,” a statement read.

“The complaint was dismissed by the Magisterial District Judge due to a paperwork error. The charges were never refiled.

However, in 2018,

“a Franklin Township Police Officer revisited the case and asked the victim to come back in for an interview. At this time, the victim also disclosed that Brent Getz, who was Wagner’s friend, had sexually assaulted her too. Getz is now the Chief of Police in Weissport.”

The statement also revealed that Wagner made the young girl watch porn with him.

As of now, there is no word on how the alleged connection was made between the then 4-year-old and the two men.

Both Wagner and Getz are being charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and aggravated indecent assault of a child, among other charges.
