Rams Male Cheerleaders To Make History With Super Bowl Appearance
The Los Angeles Rams will be making history at the Super Bowl as they will have the first ever male cheerleaders!
KTLA 5 reported that Quinton Peron and Napoleon Jinnies will be on the sidelines to cheer on their team when the New England Patriots take on the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LIII in Atlanta.
Peron and Jinnies will be the first ever male cheerleaders at the Super Bowl in NFL history.
In a tweet last week after the Rams made it to the finals, Peron tweeted,
“Napoleon, you think Atlanta is ready for us? NAHHHHHH. We’re going to the Super Bowl!”
Both men became a part of the squad back in March.
“I was at (an L.A.) Lakers game (right before making the team) and I was watching the Laker Girls,” Peron told “Good Morning America” last year, “and I was asking myself, ‘Why can’t I be down there?’ I’ve choreographed for girls who dance on pro teams, I’ve danced with girls on various pro teams. I just thought, ‘why not me?’”
