A Tennessee realtor posted a photo of himself in a sexual act along with a listing for a home on Tuesday.
According to the New York Post, realtor Miguel Calvo posted an online listing for a 2,900 square foot, four-bedroom Nashville home at the asking price of $399,000. The photos of the home include a spacious kitchen and a traditional dining room and a mirror selfie of Calvo and an unidentified young woman appearing to perform oral sex. The photo was quickly taken down due to the explicit content and Calvo confessed to uploading it but did not reveal the young woman’s identity. It was unclear if he posted the photo purposely or if it was an accident.
A statement was released by Benchmark Realty CEO Phillip Cantrell after the racy photo listing went viral online.
“We are a faith-based organization and hold a very dim view of impropriety. Yet we also have a set procedure of investigation when accusations are made, so that, in fairness to all parties, we do not unnecessarily exacerbate a situation. With that said, after due process of an investigation of such claims, should we determine the agent did act in an improper manner, you may rest assured that their license will be released back to the state for disposition.”
