Saoirse Kennedy Hill’s Cause Of Death Revealed

The official cause of death for Saoirse Kennedy Hill, the granddaughter of Robert F. Kennedy, has been revealed to have been from a fatal combination of drugs and alcohol.

Us Weekly reports that the Barnstable Country Town Clerk’s office confirmed that the 22-year-old had methadone, fluoxetine, norfluoxetine, diazepam, nordiazepam and alcohol in her system. In her death certificate, her COD was ruled as an accident.

As we reported, Saoirse Kennedy Hill died while staying at the family’s Hyannis Port estate. She was reportedly in cardiac arrest when the paramedics arrived at the compound at 2:30 PM. She was quickly taken to a hospital, but doctors could not resuscitate her, and she was pronounced dead.
