Tekashi 6ix9ine: First Defendant Sentenced To 5 Years In Racketeering Case After multiple arrests and indictments,...
New shocking details about missing four-year- old Maleah Davis have been shared this Friday afternoon.
Quanell X, the former advocate for Maleah’s mother, Brittany Bowens, told reporters about the new information he claimed to have received from Maleah’s stepfather, Derion Vence, who is a suspect in her disappearance.
The Houston community activist said Vence told him that Maleah is dead and that her death was the result of an accident. He said Vence confessed to dumping her body somewhere in Arkansas. As of right now, investigators have not confirmed that Maleah is dead but it’s been said that the search for her will expand to that location.
Vence initially said he, Maleah and Maleah’s younger brother were attacked April 30 when he stopped to inspect a damaged tire. He said he was knocked out by a group of people and when he woke up after the attack, Maleah and the family’s car were missing.
Vence has been in jail since May 11 when he was charged with tampering with evidence in connection with Maleah’s disappearance after investigators said the blood found in the family’s southwest Houston apartment matched DNA taken from Maleah’s toothbrush. He reported Maleah missing May 3 when he went to a hospital for treatment of his injuries he said he suffered during the April 30 attack.
Investigators said there have been inconsistencies in Vence’s story since day one. The investigation is still ongoing.
