Shannade Clermont is out and about living her best life but soon she’s going to have to face an unfortunate reality.

As we previously reported, the former Bad Girls Club star was sentenced to one year behind bars after she pled guilty to one count of fraud. The Yeezy model was actually facing 20 years for trying to make $20,000 in purchases on a card she took from a man who died after allegedly hiring her as a prostitute, but she managed to dodge that harsh punishment.

Although Clermont has yet to start her sentence, there’s already plans for her once she gets out the slammer. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, she will be on a three years supervised release after checking out. She will have to participate in an outpatient treatment program, which will most likely include testing to find out if she “reverted to using drugs or alcohol.” In addition for that, she will also have to complete an outpatient mental health treatment program and take any prescribed medications, unless otherwise instructed.

The Blast also reports that she has agreed to have her property searched at any time with or without a warrant. She has been ordered to not open any credit cards or make any new credit purchases and pay $4,696 in restitution.

Shannade is expected to start her sentence June 4.
