Soulja Boy Will Not Be Charged For Allegedly Kidnapping A Woman
Soulja Boy has one less thing to worry about. The rapper will not be charged for allegedly kidnapping a woman and tying her to a chair in his garage because prosecutors have rejected the case.
According to TMZ, the Ventura County District Attorney says they’re declining to file charges against him due to lack of evidence. As we previously reported, the victim accused Soulja Boy of holding her against her will for at least 6 hours. However, law enforcement sources say a police investigation didn’t prove it.
Soulja has always denied the allegations and his team said the woman was straight lying. However, this trouble got him in even bigger problems with the feds. During a search, sheriffs say they found ammo on the property, which is a violation of Soulja’s probation for a weapons case in L.A. County dating back to 2014 and was later taken in for that.
He’s currently behind bars serving his Soulja’s 240-day jail sentence for the probation violation.
