Stormy Daniels Files Million Dollar Lawsuit Over Strip Club Arrest
Stormy Daniels cannot be silenced that easy!
The Blast reports that Donald Trump’s former fling is suing the Officers who arrested her last year at an Ohio strip club, claiming that they acted because of her legal battles with Trump.
According to court documents, Daniels states that the cops who arrested her back in July of 2018, were Donald Trump supporters and that two of the officers are registered Republicans while the third is a “known Republican supporter of President Trump.”
Stormy believes that when the Officers found out that she was scheduled to perform at Sirens they “believed that Ms. Clifford was damaging President Trump and they thereafter entered into a conspiracy to arrest her during her performance in Columbus in retaliation for the public statements she had made regarding President Trump.”
She claims that they were trying to “damage her credibility in relation to any statements she had to make or might in the future make against President Trump.”
The lawsuit names four members of the Columbus Police Unit as defendants. She says that the arrest violated her civil rights and is asking for $1,000,000 in damages and a further $1,000,000 in punitive damages.
