Teen Decapitates Classmate In Jealous Rage Over Girlfriend
A teenager who was accused of beheading his classmate after believing he slept with his girlfriend appeared in court this week.
According to the Boston Herald, he killed Lee after he went into a jealous rage over his girlfriend.
“I think of killing someone and I smirk … It’s all I think about every day,” he texted his then girlfriend, according to Assistant DA Jay Gubitose.
Borges and his girlfriend broke up on Aug. 31, 2016, because he accused her of sleeping with Viloria-Paulino, who was a popular sophomore at the time.
“The next time you see me, look at my eyes because that’s the last time they’ll be like that. They’ll be dead,” he texted prior to the killing.
Viloria-Paulino went missing the next day, until his headless body was discovered by a man walking his dog. His head was later found in a bag.
Surveillance video later showed the two young men walking towards the river, where Borges alleges they went to smoke weed.
“The defendant told them he stabbed him to death and cut his head and hands off so he couldn’t be identified,” Gubitose said in court.
Borges who is now 17 is being tried on a first-degree murder charge.
