Tekashi 69’s Album “Dummy Boy” Leaked While He’s in Custody
Tekashi 69 can’t seem to catch a break as the rapper’s highly anticipated album “Dummy Boy” has been leaked.
Late Saturday night, tracks for Tekashi’s new album, began appearing online. Shortly after the songs, including “TIC TOC” and “WAKA,” began circulating throughout the internet. Tekashi’s website apparently then started selling the full “Dummy Boy” album for $6.99.
As we reported, the album was supposed to drop on November 23, but due to the rapper getting arrested and charged with 6 felony counts, it was postponed to a later date. As of now, it is not clear who is responsible for leaking the tracks.
The Blast reports that the album was taken down from Tekashi’s online store shortly after it went viral.
The link that previously existed and made the album available for purchase now directs to a “404” page. Unfortunately, many people had already downloaded the album before it was taken down.
Tekashi is currently incarcerated and could face life in prison for the charges that have been brought against him.
