The man behind the crime who’s been identified as Aljeremiah “Nuke” Mack, a fellow member of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, has been hit with racketeering, gun and narcotics charges, according to Page Six.

Mack was the one accused of working with Anthony “Harv” Ellison (who was indicted last year over the incident) to kidnap and rob the New York rapper last year. The two men allegedly made off with $750,000 worth of jewelry and $20,000 in cash.

The incident happened back in July. Tekashi report he had been robbed and told police he was a passenger in a Chevy Tahoe in Brooklyn when he was confronted by two men carrying a firearm. The 22-year-old says he was put in a dark color sedan and forced to give them personal property inside his home.

While Tekashi’s doesn’t have to worry much about this. He has been focusing on his case while behind bars in an undisclosed federal facility and has been cooperating with authorities who are investigating the 9 Trey Bloods for a series of robberies and shootings in New York City.
