Tekashi69 Could Enter Witness Protection Program But Must Remove Tattoos & Colored Hair

It’s an uncertain future for Tekashi 6ix9ine after the rapper spent three days on the witness stand spilling a bunch of tea about the violent Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods street gang.

While many don’t expect the best for him once he serves his time for racketeering, drugs and guns possession and is released, there is little hope that he can live a decent life. According to officials who spoke with The New York Times says the New York rapper will most likely enter a witness protection program once he is released from jail, most likely in January.

Now, talks about Tekashi entering the program have been going on since February. However, Jay Kramer, a former F.B.I. official who worked on organized crime cases further explained to the paper what life would be like if he went down that route.

“Despite how connected we are, and the appetite for social media content in this country, there are places where, if this kid gets a haircut and wears normal clothes, no one would know or care who he is,” Jay Kramer said. It was also noted in the article that the “United States Marshals Service, which runs the witness protection program, would pay for the removal of Mr. Hernandez’s signature face tattoos” if he decided to enter the program.

While this seems like the best thing for the rapper to do after he name-dropped a bunch of people including alleged gang members, some argue that Tekashi isn’t the type of person to go into witness protection.
