A toddler was eaten alive after she fell into a crocodile pit near her family’s farm in Cambodia.
According to the New York Post, the toddler, Rom Roath Neary, fell into the pit when her mother was taking care of a newborn baby. The girl’s father Min Min,35, arrived at the home around 10 a.m. yesterday and started looking for her when he noticed she was missing from the home.
Min Min made the horrific discovery when he saw his daughter’s flesh-covered skull on the ground of a crocodile pit.

Chem Chamnan confirmed the toddler’s death to local media:
“Her father found only her skull in the crocodile enclosure, where she was killed by crocodiles.”
They said in a statement that the girl’s mother recently gave birth and was taking care of the newborn when she died. The family recently built a fence around the 10-ft enclosure but there were still some small gaps.
“When the father came back home, he couldn’t find his daughter in the house. He found a skull in the crocodile enclosure.
“He confirmed that the daughter fell into the crocodile enclosure and that the crocodiles killed her, leaving only her skull.”
Police issued a warning to families to supervise their children to prevent future tragedies.
