UPDATE: Police Release Picture Of Popeyes Stabbing Victim & Suspect

Police are currently on the hunt for a man who fatally stabbed a Popeyes costumer on Monday. As we previously reported, the victim who has been identified as 28-year-old Kevin Tyrell David, was on line at the Oxon Hill Popeyes in Maryland when a man confronted him about cutting the line.

David and the suspect (pictured right), took the argument outside the restaurant and just seconds after, David was stabbed. Officers arrived to the fast food chain and applied lifesaving measures to the victim Monday evening. However, after being rushed to the hospital he died from his wounds 51 minutes later. 

Prince George County Police released this photo of the unnamed suspect, pictured above in surveillance footage from the fast foo restaurant, pleading for the public to come forward with his information.  The incident comes in the midst of the big chicken sandwich craze.

“For you to get that angry over anything … and to develop into this type of violence, again, is a very sad and tragic day,” Police spokesperson Jennifer Donelan said on the incident.
