UPDATE: Popeyes Stabbing Suspect Identified, Warrant Issued For His Arrest

Welp, the guy who’s been accused of stabbing a man to death at a Popeyes in Maryland earlier this month, has been ID’d by cops!

According to TMZ, the suspect that cops are now on the hunt for is 30-year-old Ricoh McClain. A warrant for his arrest has been issued and authorities are even asking anyone who knows his whereabouts to speak up to get justice for 28-year-old Kevin Tyrell Davis. McClain is facing several charges including 1st and 2nd-degree murder, assault and reckless endangerment. Cops consider him armed and dangerous, the news site notes.

As we previously reported, cops discovered Davis in the restaurant’s parking lot with a single stab wound that ultimately killed him. Apparently, Davis had cut in line and it upset the suspect. Following a verbal dispute, the situation turned physical. Police say after the stabbing, McClain fled from the area and has not been captured yet.

So far, police have released a mug shot of McClain from a previous arrest and they’ve also shared an image of him in the Popeyes that was captured on surveillance video.
