UPDATE: Tekashi 6ix9ine Reportedly Scores Massive Record Deal
Earlier today we reported that jailed rapper Tekashi 69 has been working on his post-prison comeback album. Page Six noted that he’s been working with a young producer who has already provided him with two beats. While no further details were shared at the time, more has come forth, according to TMZ.
The news site reports that Tekashi actually just cut a record deal worth more than $10 million with his former label — 10K Projects. Sources close to the deal says once he is released, he’ll get the money in return for putting out 2 albums, apparently one in English and one in Spanish.

Tekashi has reportedly said that people will forget about all his snitching and the case once he is released from prison, and his new music will be more popular than ever.
Tekashi was initially looking at a 47-year minimum sentence after be busted last year on racketeering, guns and drug charges. TMZ reports that he plans to live his normal life and will not go under a witness protection program once he is free.
