Usher’s Sexual Battery Lawsuit Dismissed
Usher has scored a small victory in his sexual battery lawsuit filed by Quantasia Sharpton as it has been dismissed.
According to The Blast, documents show that Quantasia Sharpton filed to dismiss the case through her acting lawyer, Lisa Bloom.
As of now, it’s not clear if the case was dropped because there was a settlement or not.
As we reported, Quantasia was one of the many who claimed that hey had sexual relations with the singer. All of them claim that Usher put their health at risk by not telling him about his alleged sexually transmitted disease.
Sharpton claimed that she and Usher had sex after a his show in Atlantic City on her birthday. She said he pulled her on stage and they met up again at a hotel afterwards.
Sharpton also claimed that she had a sex tape of the alleged encounter.
Usher has vehemently denied all of Sharpton’s allegations.
