New video surfaces of Joycelyn Savage on the phone with her family following a press conference.
On Wednesday the family of Joycelyn Savage conducted a press conference where they stated that it had been two years since they talked to their daughter.
Just hours after a video was recorded of a conference call between the Savage family and Joycelyn in what’s being called an attempt for them to reconnect.
The video shows Joycelyn’s mother and sisters trying to talk to her, but Joycelyn cuts them off repeating the fact that she is fine.
Joycelyn’s youngest sister gets on the phones and says that she loves her, but based on the silence after the statement, Joycelyn may be having a hard time actually sharing her real emotions.
Joycelyn’s mother who stayed calm the entire phone call hops on and says;
“I understand you’re happy, but why haven’t you been able to call your family or friends or g0 to your granddaddy’s funeral, and your grandmother as stage 4 cancer.”
That’s followed up with silence from Joycelyn before she stats she has to go.
According to TMZ, a member of R. Kelly’s team, who the family had not spoken to previously, agreed to arrange for Joycelyn to meet with her family members face-to-face sometime early next week.
From the sounds of the call, people are saying that Joycelyn sounds like shes’ reading from a script as she states the same sentences over and over again maintaining that she’s fine, happy and exactly where she wants to be.
As of now, there have been no specifications on a location, date or time that the savage family will meet with their daughter, but as soon as news is released, we will keep you updated.
