XXXTentacion Murder Suspect Granted $15,000 To Hire Expert To Help Him at Trial
One of the murder suspects involved in XXXTentacion’s savage killing has been given the means to be able to hire an expert in crime scenes to help with his legal defense.
The Blast reports that court documents show that a Florida judge has signed off on Dedrick Williams’ request for money to get his own private forensics expert. The new order states that Williams will be allowed up to $15,000 to hire a Florida forensic consultant, which will buy him with 100 hours of work on his case. This person will also be able to testify at his trial for him.
Williams filed the request claiming he had no income or money to be able to pay for it himself, but it was necessary in order for him to be able to obtain a good defense.
He added that a “genuine issue exists related to this case, which will require the assistance of an expert witness in the field of crime scene reconstruction and other forensic evidentiary matters.”
As we reported, rapper XXXTentacion was murdered last year in Deerfield Beach, Florida by Williams and his fellow associates.
