Recently, we reported that Mally Mall was being sued by a woman named Quashay Davis. Davis claimed that Mally allegedly raped her after she went to visit him from Texas. Hollywood Unlocked exclusively spoke to Mally Mall who provided evidence that refutes these claims and says he is being extorted.

Mally notes that he and Davis had been going out and spending time together during her visit. He provided text messages that showed his interaction with Davis and she never indicated that she had been raped.

She complained that she had been feeling unwell due to a bacterial infection from sex, however, she did not say it was an STD because when Mally asked if he needed meds too, she responded with no. Despite, feeling ‘ill,’ she continued to party, go to the movies and hang out with no problems.

In addition, she later told Mally that she didn’t have insurance and needed around $2,000 for the medication. He offered to get the prescriptions to his doctor, but she denied, adding that she was “a single mother.” She continued to ask for the money in the text messages that were provided.

After Mally purchased her flight home, Davis allegedly has her attorney’s send a letter that said she would not go out to the public if her financial demands were met. Mally Mall provided a video of his friend talking to Davis, where she request for $7,000 a month to settle. His friend negotiates to $5,000 and Davis accepts. Mally says that his friend called Davis to prove that she was trying to extorting him.

Davis’ criminal case was also previously rejected by the D.A due to a lack of evidence.
