Many are still in shock and disbelief following the death of NBA legend, Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna and seven others in a helicopter crash on Sunday morning in Calabasas.

Millions of fans around the world are grieving and as Los Angeles prepares to honor his life and legacy with a memorial, organizers are considering using the L.A Coliseum as the Staples Center isn’t big enough for the expected crowds.

The Staples Center was the house that Kobe built, however, according to TMZ sources said that a meeting took place to discuss where Kobe’s eventual memorial could be held. Considering the Staples Center only holds 20,000 people, the turnout for his memorial is expected to be much more, and the Coliseum holds 80,000.

As of now, there is no official decision and it is not clear if the memorial will be held in the coming weeks or months as the community is still trying to come to terms with the loss.
