Social Media Calls On The NBA To Help Former Star Delonte West After Troubling Viral Video
The Sports World is very concerned after a disturbing new video apparently shows ex-NBA player Delonte West getting beat up in the streets of D.C.

In one video shared to Twitter shows Delonte trying to explain that someone came at him with a gun while he was walking down the road. He then starts ranting, “I don’t give a f***” when asked to share more details about what went down. In another video posted to social media shows someone who appears to be West getting kicked and punched in the middle of a busy road. The man seen on the ground, who is said to be the former player is later seen laying motionless after getting beat up.
Delonte’s former agent, Aaron Goodwin, just spoke to TMZ Sports and confirmed that the person in the video is in fact, Delonte West. He says Delonte is currently recovering from the attack with family members but desperately needs medical attention. Folks who came across the heartbreaking video have called on the NBA to give the former star some help. However, Goodwin says Delonte HAS a support system around him but his close friends and family members need more help to keep him safe and out of trouble.
One Twitter user wrote,

Video has surfaced depicting Delonte West in handcuffs after being involved in an altercation in Washington D.C.

Delonte has spent time in a medical facility back in 2016. TMZ reports that he tried to mount a comeback to the NBA but was unsuccessful.
